FuturaHost.Com shall not be liable for any quality, operability, functionality, errors, updates or support of third party software.

*** Customer must read and accept the terms of service of the migration service agreement.

**** FuturaHost.Com will perform the hardware upgrade procedure at no additional charge, including any software or OS reinstall if required, but the customer must pay for the hardware devices involved in the upgrade.
