When asking for support, be sure to follow these simple rules, in this way we will serve you better
* Be as explicit and descriptive as possible, with details even if you consider any of them
irrelevant. Tell us what you have done before the problem, what's the username you use to login at
that moment, what protocol you are talking about (ftp, pop, imap, ssh, etc).
Something like "email does not work" will not help us helping you.
Something like "when i try to receive emails for customer@domain.com with Eudora
program, i cannot login and i see the following message (here you copy and paste the error message
you see" is perfect.
* Remember to tell us your customer ID, if you dont remember it, please tell us the domain name you
are talking about.
* When you send an email, a ticket number is open and you will automaticly receive the ticket number
within minutes of sending your email.
If you need to add notes to the ticket, or answering if additional info is requested by a tech,
please maintain the subject of the emails intact (with the ticket number).
And, if you call us, pelase be sure to have the ticket number on hand, this will help us better
identify the roblem.
